L'objectif principal de ce projet de rénovation intérieure était de moderniser et d'ouvrir les espaces au maximum, tout en préservant le charme d'origine de l'appartement. Les matériaux ont été choisis avec soin pour conférer au lieu une atmosphère à la fois contemporaine et intemporelle.
La cuisine a fait l'objet d'une attention particulière de la part de l'architecte d'intérieur. Elle a été conçue sur mesure pour une cliente passionnée de gastronomie, qui aime recevoir et cuisiner pour sa famille. L'éclairage, quant à lui, a été étudié pour offrir une ambiance dynamique en journée et chaleureuse en soirée, grâce à différentes options de variation.
Le sol a été habillé de larges lames de chêne blanchi, apportant chaleur et élégance. Chaque salle de bains a reçu un revêtement en grès cérame distinct, afin de leur offrir une identité propre. Le carrelage des sanitaires invités se distingue par son audace, pensé pour susciter un effet de surprise chez le visiteur.
Enfin, les rideaux ont été subtilement mis en valeur par un éclairage d'ambiance intégré aux caches-rails.
Réalisé pour une cliente italienne, cet appartement se veut paisible et lumineux, évoquant une dolce vita en Belgique.
The main objective of this interior renovation project was to modernize and open up the spaces as much as possible while preserving the apartment's original charm. The materials were carefully selected to give the place a contemporary yet timeless atmosphere.
The kitchen received particular attention from the interior architect. It was custom-designed for a client passionate about gastronomy, who enjoys hosting and cooking for her family. The lighting was designed to offer a dynamic ambiance during the day and a warm one in the evening, thanks to various dimming options.
The flooring was covered with wide bleached-oak planks, bringing warmth and elegance. Each bathroom received a distinct porcelain stoneware finish to give it a unique identity.
The tiling in the guest restroom stands out for its boldness, designed to create an element of surprise for visitors. Finally, the curtains were subtly enhanced with ambient lighting integrated into the rail covers.
Designed for an Italian client, this apartment aims to be peaceful and bright, evoking a dolce vita in Belgium.
